We are still hunting men.

Violetta phones Lennon Sosa, but he doesn´t have time.

So she goes fishing instead. I really like Lucky Palms.

 

Afterwards Violetta visits Lennon.

They all have so very fancy houses. Can we really invite them to live in the barn??

Aaand again a ghost story. What´s wrong with this people?

Hey! Stop that dirty talk right there!

He has to go to work right after, so I send Violetta to the wishing well again.

Wishing for love…

Vi: What is that??!

That´s your true love. You have to kiss it.

Vi: I have to kiss a frog??

Just do it.

Frogsplosion!

That´s Paul Deohring. Which isn´t a name at all. Well, Paul is OK.

We like. Don´t we, Vi?

Vi: Meh. (Rates him 1 out of 10)

We´ll see.

He DOES have a really bad case of random clothing.

We can fix that.

Might have fixed the age a bit as well. He´s an adult now, not an elder. He had that weird greenish brown hair, but I thought white suits him well, so there.

They started as romantic interests (well, they DID kiss) and with the frienship bar full green, so Violetta invites him to move in, because I´m afraid the game will eat him otherwise.

Paul is exitable, a natural cook , clumsy, hydrophobic and a green thumb. He seems to be a nice sim. I send him home and watch him for a while.

He starts tending the garden. Good first impression.

Whoops. Methinks, he had a cane. It´s invisible now.

No, there it is. I move it into the family inventory. It would be kind of nice, if non-elders could use canes, too.

Bonding with the cats. He IS a nice sim!

I left Violetta at the wishing well. She came home with all kind of funky moodlets and a lucky coin.

Paul got a bed for himself. They could have slept in the double, but well… they only met today.

 

 

 

This being a sort of legacy, we need a spouse. Violetta´s first attempts weren´t very successful, so we try a different approach.

Violetta: I´m so excited!

Violetta! What are you doing?!

Violetta: It didn´t work! I want my money back!

Vi, I don´t think, that´s such a good idea…

Glubb, glurble…

We meet Jaycen Hendrix at the library. Autonomous flirting, but I don´t like him that much.

Vi: Should´t I like him?

Shush. Try the alchemy shop.

Vi: That´s a nice man!

See? Go talk to him!

Vi: I can´t! There´s air in the way!

Cornelius Vandeen: She´s hot!

They had a nice chat until…

What? What did he say?

Vi: …you don´t want to know!

I guess, he´s inappropiate.

Okay. Go home!

The next day we give a party. That´s Phoenix Ross, Jaycen Hendrix and Naomi Nita. Everyone put their plates on the floor, because there is no table.

Nice dress though. And a new friend.

The next morning, our second home, the park. Not much going on there.

Violetta wants a tatoo, so she gets a heart. I forgot to take a picture.

Afterwards Vi decides to give fashion advice to this customer. I didn´t know, this was even possible.

Aaaand the pool.

Vi: I should have brought a book.

No! Talk to the nice man! Argh! He got away. Violetta!

Vi: Don´t care. Bubbles!

I have to admit, I probably would have done that too. That pool area is gorgeous!

Look! It´s Phoenix! Still married, though. And he has a daughter.

But there´s Violettas tatoo!

Lennon Sosa doesn´t approve of the flirting.

Probably, because he wants to do some flirting of his own.

Why is everyone telling ghost stories??

We go home.

As usual, we start with the founder and her house. It looks like a barn, because we are broke.

But at least she´s got a great view.

We are in Lucky Palmy by the way.

And here we have Violetta. Violetta Dust, because I suck at giving names.

Her traits are family oriented, hopeless romantic, animal lover, coward and artistic.

Her lifetime wish is master of the arts, meaning she has to master the painting and the guitar skill. Seems doable.

She´s got a nose. I think, she´s pretty. Everything about Violetta, I mean. Not just the nose.

The main reason that we are broke is, that I had to buy the more expensive stuff, like a proper shower. And the steampunk kitchen that I just bought at the store. But I think, we´ve got everything covered.

(I forgot a sink. Also a mirrow and dresser, and how to do diagonal tiles. I fixed it later. )

Violetta is not alone, by the way. Being an animal lover, she brought kittens!

On the left in grey is Sybil, on the right in black is Susan. They are sisters.

Having into the future, our first visitor is the timetraveler.

Following Sims traditions, they had a nice chat in the bathroom.

More inside of the barn. Now with added sink.

Violetta paints. Being artistic, that´s pretty much everything she does, when left on free will. But good for her LTW. And hopefully we will make some money that way.

Speaking of money, wildflowers are a nice way to make some.

And Violette gets to meet some people in the park. This is Zahra Diwan. They seemed to like each other.

Zahra told a spooky story. Poor Violetta looks terrified. She went home after that.

Meeting more people at the park. These two are Phoenix Ross and Jonathan Morgan.

Jonathan is just a teen, but he seems pretty nice.

Violette seems to need a lot more practice.

We like Phoenix, but he´s married. Meh.

Also, it´s full moon. Violetta goes home, before she gets eaten by zombies.

This is supposed to be a sort of Sims 3 legacy blog. Meaning, as soon as I have figured out how to use wordpress, I want to post pictures with added text about my sims. I´ve read a LOT of other people sims blogs and had a growing case of „I want to do that, too!“.

So, this is my first blog EVER and it´s about the sims. Go figure.
