The day has finally come: Violetta is marrying her frog!

My sister pointed out, that a hydrophobic frog is hilarious. I think, that´s right, IF Paul was a frog who got transformed into a sim. BUT if he was a sim who got transformed into a frog (by an evil witch or something), and got rescued by Violetta´s kiss, then I think, beeing hydrophobic makes a lot of sense. I wonder, if all sims out of the wishing well have this trait?

I placed both the wedding arch and the cake not very well, so I had a lot of trouble with the photos.

But they are adorable anyway.

 

 

And some of the guests even sat down!

 

Violetta: That´s not the cake I ordered!

Paul: But it looks… nice?

Violetta: Ah, well, I guess you are right!

Everyone had a good time.

Especially this guy, who glitched out and was still clapping long after all the others had gone. I had to reset him.

We had a gift giving party! I only have one photo, though.

A party always wrecks havoc with my sims schedule. After they are finally all asleep, of course there is a burglary!

Coward Violetta comes to investigate and promptly faints.

That must be cold.

After recovering, she builds a snowman.

Violetta: He will guard the house!

… okay.

I really recommend kidnapping adopting the babysitter! It´s nice to have help with the three toddlers.

Although this one will be soon to old to be held like this.

Nathan grows up.

Hi there, cutie! He has a very distinctive face for a sim child. I see a lot of Violetta in him. He rolled brave.

Last time I adopted the only capable babysitter the game ever sent me, Jaron. Turns out, he´s a bit glitched – the schoolbus does not come for him, and the option to attend school is greyed out. Well, he can learn at home.

He´s very athletic, even if he doesn´t have the trait – he works out autonomously and always choses to do some sports when left on his own.

I gave him new clothes, but he insisted on keeping the hat. He loves that hat.

Violetta wanted to throw a bachalorette party. I´ve never done that before, so here we go. Paul stayed, because I forgot to sent him somewhere else.

Violetta: Don´t mind me, just standing in the snow in some underwear the game gave me, and watching my fiance throw bubbly at my best friend.

Violetta: He´s so cute!

Well, I´ve seen worse bachalorette outfits, but not many.

Violetta: Don´t care! Pizza!

There were two strippers dancers at the party. They decided to perform in Jaron´s new bedroom.

It went pretty well, I guess.

Who´s that, you my ask?

Well, Violetta and Paul had to hire a babysitter because they are going on an important date!

Of course, it has to snow. But the view is still pretty.

Violetta: So… I think, you are really a great guy…

Violetta: …and, you know…

Violetta: What I mean is… wanna go steady??

Paul: Considering we just left our THREE children with an untrustworthy babysitter, that´s a GREAT idea!

Smooooooooooooch

Violetta: So… now that you´re my boyfriend…

Violetta: … I think, I have a ring here somewhere…

Paul: Did you lose it in the snow?

Violetta: NO, silly! I mean, do you wanna marry me?

Paul: … yes.

 

 

And this is how Violetta and Paul got engaged.

Meanwhile at the barn, the babysitter was actually doing very well.

(I have this weird glitch, where the toddlers queue up the block box, then wander out of the house, plop themselve down, drop the action and wander back in after a while)

The babysitter was outside, building a snowman, but he immediatly put Amber in her outerwear and brought her back inside.

Then he bonded with the cats.

I got curious and checked him with mastercontroler.

His name is Jaron Panther, he´s flirty, a slob, unlucky and family oriented.

And he´s homeless. A poor homeless teenager is taking care of my pampered toddlers.

Ahem. Yes, I know. Just pixels.

But I added him to the family and had to expand the barn again.

Violetta continues to work on her lifetime wish, while watching the kiddos.

And it´s already time for the next one!

Yay! It´s a pink burrito a girl! (You can kinda tell, that I don´t like sim babies that much. I think, they are creepy.)

Meet Amber: she rolled loves the cold and easily impressed.

More cat-toddler cuteness: Nathan´s sleepschedule got somehow totally out of whack, and I let him sleep on the rugs. Sybil decides to join.

Susan needs some screentime, too.

She wanted to watch tv, but doesn´t seem to enjoy it very much.

Amber grew up. I think, she can keep the hair.

Steven has an IF – Nathan is not impressed.

Nate: Wanne play syllofon! Geddit off!

The dolls name is Joe.

Nearly done! That´s enough toddler skilling for a while.

Soon they will grow up!

Violetta is pregnant again.

Violetta: I´m radiant!

Violetta: Wait, I have to give birth AGAIN??

You were the one, who did a risky wohoo, right after having your first child.

Nathan: Wheeeee!

No clue, what´s going on here.

Susan has her birthday!

Poor cat has a really thin tail.

Susan: Means less hairballs.

Okay then.

Nathan has a little play corner. There´s no room for a nursery. He doesn´t seem to mind, he´s a good natured kid and learns fast.

Baby time!

It´s another blue burrito a boy.

Violetta: Isn´t he cute?!

Totally. Well done! (I was hoping for a girl.)

Meet Steven! He rolled loner and grumpy. Kid is off to a good start.

I think, sim-babies are terribly boring. So on to the birthday!

Sigh. Sim genetics.

In other news, mysterious gnome died. He rests near the cactus.

Steven has his dad´s grey eyes.

And he certainly doesn´t look very grumpy.

Paul is an awesome dad!

The brothers are very close.

Aaand… This time a girl? Pretty please?

Violetta is pregnant and she and Paul rolled the wish to read a pregnancy book.

Violetta seems a bit worried, though.

Somehow I didn´t took any other pictures of her pregnancy. It´s already panic-time.

Violetta: OW!

Paul: You better lay down, dear!

Well, too late for that…

Violetta: Look, what I made!

Well done!

It´s a blue larvae a boy! His name is Nathan. He rolled neurotic and excitable.

And as soon as he lays in his crib, his parents make him a sibling!

(I had them on autonomous risky wohoo.)

Paul loves his little boy!

And look who´s sick again!

Violetta loves her little boy, too.

It´s already time for his birthday.

Jonathan Morgan: Wow, you´re hot!

Violetta: Wow, same to you!

Paul: …

Sorry, Paul, your girlfriend is a hopeless romantic. She can´t help herself!

Jonathan seems to be psychic: he talks to the new baby, even though Violetta doesn´t „know“ she´s pregnant again.

Hopeless romantic or not, she doesn´t accept flowers from Taj Diwan!

And it´s time for the cake!

Only Paul seems to care. The guests prefer to watch tv.

Or in case of Taj Diwan and his wife Zahra to wohoo in Paul and Violetta´s bed.

Put the baby on the floor…

And *poof* it´s a toddler! A very colourful one.

Phoenix Ross stays in our good books by instantly playing with him.

But he´s tired, so after makeover it´s time for bed.

He most definitely has Violetta´s nose!

But he´s a cute one!

Back home there are some renovations to be made – the barn actually starts to look like a house!

Violetta shows the sprinkler who´s boss.

This wohooium was actually found by Violetta in the catacombs of Lucky Palms in pre Paul times. Sybil likes to sleep next to it. I guess it´s warm?

It certainly sparks a lot at the moment!

And we have barfing! Um… that´s the wrong sim.

*checks mod-settings*

Oh, it´s just something he ate.

Ah, here we go!

Paul: Um, Violetta?

Paul: What´s wrong with her?

She´ll tell you in a moment.

That´s actually not bad for maternity wear.

Violetta: I´m pregnant!

And this is what I would think is a more proper reaction than the usual clapping-on-shoulder-thumbs-up. (Of course, I made them do it. But still).

Look who´s in France!

Violetta instantly starts bonding with the fellow tourists.

For one reason or other, this room is very attractive.

Violetta visits the museum and meets some charming locals. She also acquires two gnomes and finds the catacombs.

She only explores them a bit and doesn´t like it AT ALL, being a coward. But she finds some coins and a rainbow gem, which could be very handy for her future kids.

Vi: Whut?

Never mind.

I wanted them to sleep in the same bed, but the table was in the way.

Great job of designing a room, EA. Sigh.

Paul has to sleep in a single bed.

But at least he gets his favourite food in the morning. Pancakes!

Paul visits the nectary. He buys some bottles of wine nectar, and harvests some grapes.

Violetta does a bit of sightseeing and seed and gem hunting.

Violetta: Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!

She has a lot of fun driving that scooter.

Paul encounters the french electrical bears. He finds a book, I think.

I thought, if Violetta meets a nice french man, we go for it, but she didn´t so…

Let´s make this official!

And they finally get to sleep in the same bed. They are so cute!

 

 

 

 

Last chapter Violetta found a lucky coin in the wishing well, so I finally remembered to place the casino.

Violetta plays Blackjack under the fullmoon light.

She even wins!

Paul wins a lot more at the slot machine, so I think we can expand the barn.

Tadaa!

The garden is much better since Paul moved in. His lifetime wish is the perfect garden, by the way. He didn´t have one (poor guy), so I chose one from the list. He also wants to work in science. His green thumb is great for both.

Existential crisis statue interlude. Every other day this guy loses his foundation.

Before Paul can start his job, he needs a bit of skilling. Vi is probably painting at home.

That´s NOT a pool.

Paul looks for special seeds in the catacombs.

But he only finds the electrical bears.

More skilling. Um, we do have some chairs, you know?

Paul: I like it here.

Okay then.

Violetta got an opportunity for some streetart. It turned out pretty nice, I think.

Vi: You know, we should go on vacation.

They both want to travel, but we can´t afford it just yet.

Well, well, well. Autonomus smooching. Didn´t you rate him 1 out of 10, Vi?

Vi: Shuddup. Busy.

Okay, I´ll watch the cats or something.

Speaking of the cats – there´s a birthday!

Sybil: Tickles!

Sybil: Muuuuuuuuuuuuch better!

Sybil: Now I can play in the toilet!

Which she did.

Sybil and Susan are actually littermates and born on the same day. For some reason or other Sybil is now a few days older.
